Cannot send email - Error: -23016

I am using a WiFi network to connect to comcast on the road. I can receive
email with no problem, but I can't send. The connection times out and I get
the message: Error: -23016.

When I try to use Hotmail, the message goes right through.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions?

You can try
Sys Prefs> Network> Network Port Config
Moving AirPort to the top and unchecking the rest

This should resolve your problem
