Cannot send emails

Outlook 2003: Email message will not send (POP3 with Yahoo) but the test
message (tools > accounts > Change > test account settings <> works fine.
Incoming mail via POP3 also works OK.

No error message. Emails just sit there.

try these.

1. Clear up the outbox and then try sending messages to your own email. If
you receive it back, it is sending fine.

2. Check if the outgoing server info matches the ISP ( internet provider )
settings.

3. Disable completely any Antivirus / Antispyware software. Remeber that
these programs may have Individual Email scanning which has to be disabled
from the respective Advanced options.
