cannot send files larger than 1mb without error, HELP! can rcv

I can receive many videos or PDF files larger than 1MB but can NEVER forward
them to anyone or initiate a file and have it transmitted directly without
error. Please email me with answer,and i have also shut firewall and
antivirus and no change. Steve Mevorah (e-mail address removed)

Maybe your ISP has a restriction on the size of out-going mail. Some do this
to prevent SPAMing.
