Cannot send, forward or reply to e-mail

MARK

I have just installed Office 2003 Professional and when I
try to send an e-mail (new, reply or forward) logged on to
our network as a user, I get the following error.

"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error.
If the problem persists, restart Outlook"

When I try to access Tools - e-mail accounts from the tool
bar, I get the following error.

The operation failed due to a registry or installation
problem. Restart OUtlook and try again. If the problem
persists, please reinstall.

I have tried restarting Outlook and have even re-installed
outlook but I get the same errors.

When I log on locally, I do not have this problem and when
I log on to the network as an administrator and load this
users mailbox, I do not have this problem.

The rest of the information for this user is correct, the
Outlook today comes up and they are receiving messages
from the Exchange Server. The only thing this user cannot
do is create or reply to e-mail.

The computer in question is running Windows 2000
Professional and had Office 2000 Professional previously
loaded on it. I originally installed the Office 2003 as
an upgrade.

All the other programs (Work, Excel, etc.) work correctly.
