Cannot send in Outlook 2007 on Vista 64

I have recently changed my laptop. I am running Vista 64 having previously
had vista 32. I installed a new copy of office 2007. Copied the relevant
*.pst file. Now receive messages ok. Test message works OK but my emails
stay in "Outbox" unsent.

Port settings are OK according to my ISP
