The Blue Max
Why not let the user select multiple e-mails in Outlook 2007 and send them
all to the 'Safe Senders' list at one time by pressing the 'Not Junk' button
or by using junk mail options on the right mouse context menu button? When
multiple e-mails are selected, the buttons and context junk mail options are
dimmed, forcing the user to add the emails to the list one address at a time!
This feature is especially important given many technicians are questioning
the effectiveness of the 'Blocked Sender's' list which means more users are
adopting an approach of only allowing specified safe senders. Irregardless
of the effectiveness of either approach, it is extremely unreasonable to
expect users to add the email addresses one at a time!
