First thing, we are running a Windows 2003 Active Directory network.
The mail server we are running is Exchange 5.5 w/latest Service Packs.
All of this is connected via Nortel Network 5510 Gigibit switches.
The computer that I am having this problem on is a P4, 2.4, 512mb Ram,
etc. The computer is running Windows XP SP2, Office XP SP3. The
problem that I am having is the user cannot send out any new mail
messages from within Outlook XP. The user can reply to all email, with
no problem. When trying to send out new emial, the message closes.
Then gives the following error message: "Word has encountered an
Unspecified error and will be closed".
I have tried upgrading to Office 2003 Pro Sp1. I have received the
same results, from within Outlook 2003.
Any Suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
