cannot send only receive

Hi,
I set up a new laptop w/outlook accounts etc.. (have another that is all set
up & working) my email was working perfectly now all of a sudden I cannot
send, only receive. The error comes up "the TCP/IP connection unexpectedly
terminated by server SMTP server: stmp.juno.com, error#0x800ccc0f.

I have tried the following steps to fix:
Checked internet settings (matches other computer that works)
Checked all account settings (matches other computer that works)
I even deleted accounts & imported from the other laptop that is working
perfectly

Can anyone advise?

The only change made in the last 24hrs. to the computer is I added my winfax
pro program.
