cannot send receive email Outlook 2001

Error message Unknown Error 8004060C. Ran scanpst and repair inbox and that
did not correct problem. All connections to ISP are correct. I can see all
messages on ISP site but not on local PC. What do I check next?

What version of Outlook are you using? There isn't version 2001. Did you
perhaps mean 2002?

If you're using Outlook 2002, check to see what size your PST is. The
maximum size a PST file can grow in that older version of Outlook is 2 GB
though it can misbehave before that size. You may have to compact it or
create a new PST file and drag emails to it.

Also, make sure your Deleted Items folder is empty.
