Cannot send/receive mail, but settings OK

Using Outlook 2003, I can send and receive some messages only. I get errror
messages to my personal folder. it appears that Outlook is trying to
send/recieve from my personal folder, not my preferred ISP folder.

I'm not sure what you mean by your personal folder vs. your ISP
folder...there is only one default set of personal folders per Outlook
profile, and that is where new mail is delivered. There may be additional
..PST files open in Outlook but they are not attached to your mail account(s).
What error message are you getting (exact text please)?
