cannot set page size

I'm trying to set up a d size (24"x36") word doc, and I cannot. I get the
error message <The measurement must be between 0.1" and 22".> when I try to
change the page setup height and width settings. Can someone please help me
with this? Thanks in advance!

There is an absolute maximum of 22" height and width for Word documents. If
you need a larger document, try Publisher or some other app.
