Cannot set-up Outlook's Out of office Assistant

In Outlook, I went into the Tools menu to use the Out of
Office Assistant and it does not appear. I used the Help
feature and it explains to go into tools, Options, Other,
Advanced Options, Add-In manager then select Exchange
Extensions Commands. When I do this, the Exchange
Extensions command is already selected and the assistant
still does not show up. What do I do?
