Cannot share Address Book

We are running Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise with SP2 and we are migrating
most of our Mac users to Entourage 2004. We are able to share/connect-to a
shared Contacts folder if it is the default Contacts folder in the Exchange
mailbox account. However, we need to be able to share and connect to other
Address Books and not just the default one. So far I have not found a way
to make this work. Both Entourage and Exchange are fully up to date.

Here are the steps we are following.

1. Create a new folder of type "Address Book" in the Exchange mailbox
account via Entourage 2004.

2. Once synchronised, control-click on the newly created Address Book and
choose "Sharing."

3. Find the user to whom permission will be granted. Select the user and
designate the permissions (Editor, in this case).

4. Once synchronised, on the other user's system, select File --> Open Other
User's Folder.... Find the owner's account, designating "Account" (the
Exchange server account) and "Type" (Address Book) appropriately.

This returns an error as follows.

"The user's folder could not be found. Entourage could not find a mailbox
for the user __________."

If the default Contacts folder is shared, then there is no error, and it
returns the contents of those Contacts in that default folder. So, it works
with the default Contacts folder, but not with other "Address Book" type
folders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to maintain these
Macintosh users as full citizens of our Exchange messaging infrastructure as
much as possible.
