Cannot share calendar to one specific user

Cannot share calendar to one specific user.

Using Outlook 2000.
Exchange server is at the corporate office.

I use a calendar that is shared to many users. It works fine for what we're
using it for. Recently I tried to add one specific user and for some reason,
that person's name does not seem to 'take'. Here is the scenario:

For approximately 15 or so users, I use the Net Folder Wizard to share the
calendar. I get there by selecting the calendar, then hitting File..,
Share.., Calendar.., Next.., then the wizard appears. I click Add, select a
user from the global address book, hit OK, and the name appears in the Net
Folder Wizard dialog box with the words (waiting for response) next to the
persons name. That has always worked fine.

For one specific user however (Deborah), I find her name in the global
address book like I always do, hit OK, and her name does NOT appear in the
Net Folder Wizard dialog box for some unknown reason. If I go back and
select another user besides Deborah, their name will show up in the Net
Wizard Dialog box as it should.

Does anyone have any idea why that one user does not show up when added?
