In OL 2002, OL main window, use Tools, Email Accounts,
View/Change existing directories or addressbooks, Outlook
Address book, click CHANGE button, at bottom of dialog
looks for Show Names by options and select the File as
(Smith, John) option. This assumes you are talking about
the sorting of the list when you click the TO button when
creating an email.
