cannot start Micro Off Outlook/cannot initialize Micro Off shared

This is the second time Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2007 has crashed on me.
The first time I uninstalled/reinstalled and things worked ok. This has not
work this time. I have also run diagnostics and everything seems to be
working fine from that. I get the message: cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook. Cannot initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities. Restart your
comuter or reinstall Microsoft Office Outlook.
Restarting and reinstallation does not help. Any other suggestions. I
really prefer to get my email through Outlook!
