Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook

Good morning. I have a problem with my office outlook. It won't open. In
the message box says that it cannot open the outlook window. What happen.
What shall I do to open and restore my messages

Hard to say without any configuration details. A common issue seems to be a
corruption in the Navigation Pane when using Outlook 2007. To recover;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
