Last week my laptop automatically installed 14 various Microsoft updates.
When I try to launch Outlook 2007 since the update, I get the following error
message: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
I have uninstalled all but two of the updates. The two updates that I do
not see an uninstall option for are Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 2
(SP2) and Update for 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642).
I looked at the documentation for one of the Outlook 2007 updates that was
installed/uninstalled - KB969907. It talks about updating internal data
structures in .pst files. About 30 days ago I imported into Outlook 2007
several .pst files from a different computer running Outlook 2000. Outlook
on my laptop had been running perfectly before the updates.
