I cannot start Outlook 2002 on a Windows Pro XP laptop as a domain user - it
comes up with just a little dialog box that says "Cannot start Outlook" and
an OK in it. I can start Outlook 2002 as domain admin or local admin, but
not as a regular domain user. I have added the "Domain Users" to the local
"Power Users" group. Also, I gave "full control" to Power Users to the
directory that Outlook (Office) is installed in. Plus I edited the Registry
so that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Office has permissions set
to full control on that key and all subkeys for Power Users.
Any ideas?
Thanx in advance.
