Cannot start Outlook 2003

Hello all,

Here is my issue. I recently went from using Outlook Express to Outlook
2003. I imported all of the emails and contacts using the import tool. As
we were using an
Exchange server, I decided to delete the POP3 mail account and try and add
the Exchange server account.

Once I tried to do that, it gave me an error of "This account or directory
type already exists and cannot be specified twice."

I have tried creating a new profile and this still will not work.

Can anyone please provide any assistance?

I'm trying to post a new thread but when I click on New and then Question, my
computer makes a ping noise and that's it. Any clues?

My main problem is:

I had an older version of Outlook and now am using Outlook 2003
(11.8010.8107) SP2. I used to be able to send email out through my POP
yahoo.co.uk email address, but the person receiving the email would see my
email as coming from a different email account. I need to be able to do this
so I can switch yahoo email accounts when the account becomes swamped with
spam. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm desperate!!!
