Cannot start Outlook 2007

Hi,
I had MS Office 2007 installed on my computer and it worked fine until
this morning. I un-installed another application and after that I
cannot start any Office program. When I try to start outlook, I get an
error pop-up saying "Cannot start Outlook. Cannot initialize Microsoft
Office shared utilities. Restart your computer or reinstall MS Office
Outlook".

I removed and reinstalled Outlook, and updated the installation
online, but to no avail.

Any suggestions ?

What application did you uninstall?

Did you not think that "I un-installed (sic) another application" might be
highly relevant? Post that and all other relevant information in an Office
group where installation issues are handled.
