We are using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2003 server. I have a situation
in which there are instances when a normal user logs in to his/her machine
and then tries to start Outlook they get a simple error that says : "Cannot
start microsoft outlook".
If I add that user to the Administrators group, it works fine. However, my
company's security policies prohibit me from adding normal users to any
Administrative groups...either on the Domain or on their local computer.
Does anyone have any ideas? Could this be a Registry issue or perhaps a
Local Group Policy problem?
Thanks.
