Cannot switch to English user interface Office 2007

Hi, i have upgrade office Xp local hebrew version to Office 2007 Hebrew
Enterprise edition. I can't switch to English user interface from Hebrew UI
via Language setings.
Help me please!!!!!!!!

Hi Alex,

As I understand it the localized Hebrew edition is a multiple CD set. The English language portion options would install from the
second CD.
