Cannot Sync WM6 with Outlook via USB - Vista WMDC

Hi,



I cannot sync any outlook 2007 items with Windows Mobile Device Center v6.1
(WMDC) on Vista Business (service pack 1). Outlook is connect using offlice
caching (OST file) to local exchange server.

Raming profiles enabled

Folder redirection enabled to server for AppData, Documents



I can create a partnership in WMDC and the device shows as connected. I can
synchronise Mobile Favourites, but cannot sync any outlook related items
(contacts, mail, calendar etc).

Error is "Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop."

On the device it shows as error 0x85010014



Note: I closed outlook , and when I tried to sync, the oulook process does
not seem to get opened by the WMDC application.



I have deleted - recreated partnerships - same error

re-installed wmdc - same error

re-installed office 2007 - same error

installed Office 2007 SP1 - same error

run office diagnostics - same error



Any help?
