Cannot toggle between docs

Hello.
I've always been able to "command ~" to toggle between documents. For
some reason, Word 2011 won't let me do that. Is there a preference or
other option available?

I just tried it and it worked for me in Word 2011. And I'm sure I
didn't define those keystrokes myself.

I just looked in the Customize Keyboard list, and both Cmd-F6 and
Option-F6 also work.
