Cannot uninstall Microsoft Office trial edition..

Afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is doing well on this fine day. :)
I have a serious problem that I just cannot figure out... I am hoping
someone here can help me. This post may be long, and I apologize - I just
want to make sure I am through in explaining my problem.

About a month ago - I had to reformat/fresh install my Windows XP.

This meant that I had to reinstall all my programs again..

The trouble started when I went to the site I bought my Microsoft Office
from...

http://www.shoparhive.com/index.php?pcsid=d0c346ab6c8f989b6eef53aea76fd993&

I emailed them and asked them to please allow me to re download my Microsoft
Office standard again. It took them almost a week to get back to me.

IN THE MEANTIME - I figured that I would download a trial copy of MSO from
the regular Microsoft site. (I use office the most and was getting antsy
waiting..)

When they finally got back to me - I uninstalled the TRIAL version of MSO
and reinstalled the one I bought from them.

When I went to add the product key - that they gave me - it said it was an
invalid key!

So I searched around and removed all I could see of MSO - thinking that it
probably was picking up the trial edition, somewhere...

I emailed them, and they told me that the product key was working fine for
them!

So now...I just don't know what to do. If I "add" the product key from the
trial - it works fine... says it's legit and all. But if I add the key from
the software I bought- it says it's an invalid one!

Can someone PLEASE help me!!?? I have not really gotten any help from them,
and I really don't want to spend another hundred bucks again for something I
already bought!!

I do not recall saving anything from the installation. And when I downloaded
MSO from the place I bought it at, it only had one simple file to download.

And I KNOW it did not remove completely, How to I go about removing it
completely to do a fresh install??
Everything I have tried is not working.

IF I install from the download I bought, I can use the key I got with the
trial. But I can't use the key that came with my download!

Any trial key is specific to the trial version.

You would have downloaded an installation file, which you have to run in
order to install the version you purchased, you certainly dont want to get
rid of the installation file you downloaded, in fact it should be stored in
a safe place together with the supplied key
