cannot uninstall MS Office 2003 (There's more)

I cannot uninstall MS Office 2003 from my HP Pavillion Media Center
PC. Error message is that files missing to uninstall. I tried the
Microsoft uninstall fix " msicuu2.exe" and it will not load. I am
having all kinds of problems mostly stimming from stamps.com update
that went bad. First I tried to uninstall stamps.com and that
wouldn't work because of a module that works with word. Now every
time I open Word I get "installing . . . ."
