Some Guy
Hello all,
I am working with a customer who somehow installed Access 2000 Runtime and
Office 2000 Premium SR-1 on their 2000 Terminal Server. When trying to
uninstall it through Add/Remove Programs, it thinks it's trying to install
it, then throws up a message about a Terminal Server transform file, then
shows a "Fatal error during uninstallation" message. Trying to
reinstall/repair it through Add/Remove Programs using the transform file
produces the same Terminal Services setup warning. If I try to go to
officeupdate to update Office 2000 Premium, it pulls updates for ART instead.
I have deleted all references to the ART installation in the registry, and
this is still happening. If anyone has some insight into how to remove ART, I
would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.
