Cannot Unload/Repair Office 2003

** XP Pro SP2 + Office 2003 Basic SP2 **
I have a problem with Excel: CLK print and Excel crashes - no error number.
Repair/detect will not work on any Office product. Original disk (for repair)
will not work because it has SP2. When trying to unload from "Add/Remove
Programs", it asks "Are you sure?", I click yes, it disappears and nothing
happens. I am stuck. SP2 will not reload.
