Cannot update from EWS 13.0.3 to 13.0.4

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I recently noticed that Entourage EWS download was at version 13.0.4 so I tried to download and update from my current EWS 13.0.3 installation. No can do. I've tried on two different machines - a 6 month-old iMac running Snow Leopard and a 5+ year old G4 Powerbook running Leopard. Both running Entourage 2008 EWS, 13.0.3. Neither will update to 13.0.4. Error message states that no eligible version of Office exists on the hard drive. Is EWS non-updateable (is that even a word?)? I even tried removing Office using the included removal program on my laptop to see if I could fool EWS 13.0.4. Nope. Absolutely will not install.

Any thoughts, ideas? Thank you in advance.

Absolutely will not install.

Once you have upgraded to EWS, you no longer need to apply any more EWS
updates. The subsequent Office updates will contain the necessary
updates for EWS as well as the regular version of Entourage.

Hope this helps!
