Cannot update workplans in Project Web Access

When trying to update workplans I get an error that tells me Project Pro 2003
or Project Pro 2003 are required.

Project Pro 2003 is installed and connects to the project server perfectly,
but when trying to update the workplans I get this error. On another machine
I was able to resolve it by opening Proejct Pro once, from then out it worked
fine.
