Howdy! Thanks in advance for any help with this problem.
We use Exchange 2003 with XP and 2003 versions of Outlook. We have a
total of 3 public contact lists. On two of those lists, I can use the
find and advanced find options with no trouble.
However, on the third contact list, I can use advanced find, but not
find. When we attempt to use find, we search for an name that we know
is there, and get no results.
I have tried this at several computers and get the same results. If I
copy those contacts to my mailbox, in a new folder, it works. If I
move those contacts back into a new public folder, it does not.
Would could be causing this?
