Cannot use help files

I reinstalled Office XP on a new machine and I cannot
access the help files. I removed and reinstalled and
verified that the help files installl on computer option
were checked. I still cannot access the help files.
Please help!

If you install Windows XP on a new machine and you put in the registry info you need to contact microsoft to let them know what you did. They will reset or give you a registry number so you can use all of the features in XP if you have XP pro you can ask microsoft to include an additional computer if you would like. Really all you are doing is reactivating your legal copy of Windows xp
