Hello Everyone,
Here is my scenario: WinXPsp2 w/Office 2003sp2 on Exchange 2003, using the
'Send To > Mail Recipient' feature, OL opens a new message with the
attachment (.doc, .xls, .pdf). I have set the defaults within
Tools>Options>Mail Format to HTML, both the MS word editor boxes are
unchecked. However the email that is created in Plain Text
I enter the username from our GAL and hit send. The email goes to the Outbox
and goes nowhere. I open the message and change to HTML and hit resend. The
email goes through with no problems.
I have recreated profiles, checked the defaults, renamed the mail
recipient.mapimail. This is only happening to a few users. Everyone else is
using the old method (Create email, Insert File) with no issues. I am
starting to think that it is an Exchange issue with SMTP or encoding.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
