Cannot use the reply button in Outlook

Recently, this new glitch has appeared as I'm trying to use the reply button
in Outlook.
[email protected]
This is the email address that appears when I click reply. Has anyone else
come across something like this? And if you did, how did you fix/eliminate
this annoying occurance

Are you using Exchange server? That looks a lot like what happens when the
acct is messed up in Active Directory.
