Cannot view ALL task updates

We have 3 Project Managers that accept task updates for the tasks that they
have assigned. However when one of us views the "applied requests and errors"
screen we do not see all the updates accepted by the other PMs. We are able
to view only some tasks that are approved by another PM. Any ideas on why
this is so selective? Is there a way to ensure that ALL updated tasks are
shown in the update history?

Frankly, I am surprised that you can see ANY updates applied by other PMs.
You should only be able to see only those updates you have accepted or
rejected. By chance, are the three PMs all managing a single project
together? If so, if PM #1 was the original Status Manager of a task after
publishing the project, and then PM #2 became the Status Manager and
republished the project, would that explain why PM #1 can see updates
applied by PM #2, or something like that? Let us know.
