By your NNTP posting headers, you are using this news client:

| X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000

That is just some proprietary Microsfot "HTTP-to-NNTP" thingy. Very klutzy,
and unreliable, when compared with using a proper NNTP client. I would join
with others in recommending to ditch the HTTP client (web client, which is
just a web browser), and use a proper NNTP client instead.

For Windows XP, and earlier: MS Outlook Express (included with MS Internet
Explorer, through 6).

For Windows Vista: Windows Mail (included with Vista in lieu of MSOE).

For both Windows Vista, and Windows XP (but not earlier than XP): Windows
Live Mail (not included with any OS; but available as a download from the
Windows Live site).

Just this once; but, be advised: NNTP etiquette requires a poster of an
article to return to the newsgroup posted to in order to read responses.
Requesting an email response of NNTP posters is considered rude.
Yes, I am signed in.

Makes no difference. The "Web-to-News" feature of the Microsoft Communities
is extremely flaky, and unreliable.
