Cannot view inserted clipart in Word 2002

J

JP123

If clipart is inserted from the clipart library it only displays an empty
box. However the image can be viewed in Print Preview mode. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled office.

Clipart works fine in PowerPoint and Excel on this laptop.

If clipart is inserted into into PowerPoint, then cut and pasted into Word
it displays fine.

This problem does not occur when signed on to this PC as the Administrator.
No other user in the office has this problem.

On the View tab of Tools | Options, make sure you have "Drawings" checked
and "Picture placeholders" *not* checked.

I have the same problem - only the frame of clip arts or printed screens are
visable, when I click the inserted clip a.s.o. Strange thing is that if I
have f.e. three printed screens in a row, the first might be visable, then
all of a sudden it's the last one (without me clig´cking).

I tried Suzanne's tip, but it still doesn't work.

So, what could be the problem? Anyone knows?

Me again, forgot:

If I use the tools in the "pics objects" toolbar (I have Swedish version,
don't know exact American toolbar name...), f.e. cut, then the inserted clip
is visable. Disaeppears though as soon as I inactivate the toolbar.

For me it's not visable in preview as it is for JP123.
