Cannot view JPEGs with OF2000 Photo Editor - have reinstalled eve.

Have just reinstalled XP Home and along with it Office 2000 Premium. However,
PhotoEditor will not open JPEG files. All the filters have been loaded and
reloaded and so has Office, but still no joy. Until new install everything
was running correctly. Any Ideas please.

I use MS Photo Editor all the time but ever since I installed MS Office 2003
I can not print. If I pick the printer icon it go to the Save As window, if I
pick print from the file dropdown I receive an error Microsoft Photo Editor
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.
I have reinstalled Photo Editor and Office 2000 SP1, check all the knowledge
base answers.
