Cannot view picures attached to email using Picture Manager

Whenever I click on a picture attached to an email, Office Picture Manager
launches but cannot open the picture - I get taken to a directory, that
contains thousands of thumbnails but none are displayed properly - just get a
red cross in the centre of each thumbnail. Picture Manager used to work just
fine, suddnely stopped working after our IT guys said they cleared the mail
server cache. Has started working for other people, but not me.

I suspect the issue is your cache. Try Internet options and Delete Files
in the Temporary Internet Files section.
