Cannot View "To" and "CC" Fields in Preview Pane

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap Hello,

One of my our employees is unable to view the "To" and "CC" fields in the preview pane because of the names getting cut off by the email.

As seen here:



Also, there are certain emails that come with a black glossy background in the email header:



Any reason as to why the "To" and "CC" fields get cut off?

Why do some emails have that glossy finish while others are just a regular grey?

We are using the latest version of entourage.

the preview pane because of the names getting cut off by the email.

I suspect you may have some Database corruption. Launch Entourage with
the Option key held down and verify your Database. Repair if prompted.
