Cannot Views Tasks Over VPN Connection

Hi all, I am experiencing the following issue: I cannot access tasks
or portfolio view over VPN connection to Project Server. Project
Server front-end is not-SSL enabled. However, if I access this via
Citrix (SSL-enabled), all works fine. I am able to log in fine to the
Project Server, when I select tasks, I receive a permission error and
cannot view my timesheet. If I try to view the portfolio view, PS
tries to open the grid, then bounces me back to the home view. I am
running SP1, MDAC 2.8 on Windows 2003 Server standard (Enterprise for
the SQL cluster). My VPN guys think I need to enable SSL to get this
working. Any ideas?
