Can't accept a meeting, receive message below.

Intermittently I receive the following message "You cannot respond to a
meeting without an organizer. You must add an organizer field to the item."
when I attempt to accept a meeting. The meeting does have a meeting
organizer. If I have them just forward the meeting I can then accept the
meeting without issue.

Anyone know why this is happening?
