CAN'T ACCEPT, DECLINE MEETINGS/TASKS

I need to assign meetings and tasks but it will no longer
let the recipents respond as accept or decline. This is
with a meeting, event, or tasks. Request Response is
checked but it doesn't.

Please let me know. Ellen
