"Can't access directory" message in Tools menu

I'm using Excel 2002. When I go to "Tools," "Options," and try to click on a tab, I get an error message that says, "Can't access directory I:\dfarmer." Excel is looking for the wrong directory, but I don't know where to go to change it since I can't open any of the tabs. This menu option works in Word and Publisher, but not in Excel

Any ideas?
