I Can't access my notebook with Windows 2000 as I lost my
Administrator password.

Yesterday I changed my notebook networking connecttion
from my company domain to local Workgroup and then it
asked me to reboot the computer. After the reboot, I can
not log on using previous user name and password. I also
can't remember the Administrator's password, what can I do
now?
