Hi
Have tried to map a shared resource from dos.
The scenario is that i boot i new machine with a network boot disk then a
map a share on a domain fileserver where the ghost program and image resides.
when i have the fileserver in the default OU everthing works fine exept the
manuelly created accounts. (only built-in admin works)
but when i move the fileservers computer account into the server ou the
built admin can only map the drive but cant list or execute any command the
share appears to be empty and when a try dir it said acces is denied.
we have a baseline policy applied on the server ou ..but what entry is it
that lock the ability to map a network shared resource in dos ???
we cant change the policy but we can implement a new one with higher
linkorder so is there anyone who knows what entry in group policy that needs
to be changed ...
please help it seems to be a simple solution but i am stuck..
