Can't access Office 2003 Online Features

My company has a firewall installed which prevents any MS product from
revealing browser settings or MS confirming that I have office 2003
installed. I cannot or use any MS Office online HELP in 2003.

Is there a port that needs to be opened or a setting I could change to allow
me to access all the features in Office 2003?

Hi James,

The company administrator can configure Office to
let it access the online help, but if the security
software is 'spoofing' the browser version then
you'll likely see that message:

Still no-go, I'll have to ask the IT staff to check the server or firewall
configuration.
