For our internal network, we have no problems connecting to Project Server
2007's PWA site using the URL: http://servername/pwa.
Remotely, while connected with CISCO VPN client, entering
http://servername/pwa gives me "Sorry, the page you are looking for cannot be
found"
If I use the fqdn: http://servername.domainname.com/pwa, I do get an
authentication window asking me to connect to fqdn/pwa. So, I enter my
authentication information as follows: User name: domainname\username, and my
password. At the bottom of IE, it says "website found, waiting for reply",
but then a few seconds later, I get the "Sorry, the page you are looking for
cannot be found".
At work, Project Server 2007 are running on a Windows 2003 Server R2 Ent
Edition. A second server is running the SQL 2005 server.
Can anyone try and point me in a direction to look for an answer.
Internally, Project Server is working great. However, not being able to
access Project Web Access remotely with our VPN connection is a major problem
for us, since many people will have a need for remotely accessing this
information.
Thank you in advance for any help.
