Can't activate

I had to wipe my Laptop clean and reinstall. After about 10 days I was
forced into reduced functionality mode. My research seems to indicate that
my products are not activated. I am using the same serial as before, that
was actiavted 8 months ago on the same machine. However when I try running
the "Activate Product" option in any of the apps, nothing happens. No
wizard, no error message, no feedback. Any help would be appreciated.
